  2. "Service" means all functions provided by the Developer through the Game, including game content, cloud save, data transfer, and the leaderboard.
  3. "User" means a person who installs and uses the Game in accordance with these Terms.
  4. "Account" means the unit by which a user's use of the Game is identified, based on the anonymous user identifier (Player ID) automatically issued by Unity Gaming Services when the Game is first launched.
  5. "Game Data" means all data generated in the course of playing the Game and stored on the device and in the cloud, including progress, in-game currency, items, and records.
  6. "Legacy" means permanent progression elements that remain with the account after a play cycle has ended and continue to apply to the next cycle.
  7. "Restore Code" means the code that a user obtains within the Game and uses to transfer Game Data to another device.
  8. "Leaderboard" means the function that displays rankings by disclosing the nickname and score registered by a user to other users.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect for all users who install and use the Game.
  2. The Developer may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws.
  3. When amending these Terms, the Developer shall specify the amended content and the effective date and announce them through an in-game notice or a web page at least 7 days before the effective date.
  4. A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may terminate the use agreement by ceasing to use the Game and deleting it.
  5. If a user continues to use the Game after the effective date of the amended Terms, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

  1. The Developer provides users with the following services free of charge.
  2. The Game itself can be played without a network connection; however, functions that require communication with the server, such as cloud save, data transfer, and the leaderboard, are available only while connected to a network.
  3. The Game is provided at no charge, and there are no paid payments, in-app purchases, or paid currency.
  4. As a general rule, the Service is provided 24 hours a day, year-round. This does not apply where any of the grounds set out in Article 5 exists.

Article 5 (Modification and Suspension of the Service)

  1. The Developer may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service where there are grounds such as inspection, replacement, or failure of servers and equipment, or interruption of communications.
  2. Service suspensions scheduled in advance, such as regular maintenance, shall be announced beforehand through in-game notices or similar means. However, where there are unavoidable grounds such as a system failure or an urgent security measure, notice may be given after the fact.
  3. The Developer may change the content of the Service as required for operational or technical reasons, and shall give prior notice of changes that have a material effect on use of the Game.
  4. The Developer may terminate the Service for operational, technical, or other reasons. In such case, the Developer shall specify the reason for termination and the termination date and announce them through an in-game notice or a web page at least 30 days before the termination date.
  5. When the Service is terminated, Game Data stored in the cloud and leaderboard records shall be deleted, and no separate compensation shall be provided therefor in accordance with Article 10.

Article 6 (Account)

  2. A user may transfer Game Data by obtaining a Restore Code within the Game and entering it on another device.
  3. Once the data transfer is complete, the Game Data on the original device is reset. Users must confirm this before performing a transfer.
  4. Users are responsible for managing their Restore Code. The Developer is not liable for any loss or misappropriation of Game Data arising from a user losing the Restore Code or disclosing it to a third party.
  5. Because the Game does not collect personal information that can directly identify a user, the Developer is also unable to verify or recover an account whose Restore Code has been lost.
  6. A user may perform a data reset from the [Settings] menu on the main screen. Performing a reset deletes the Game Data stored on the device and in the cloud and issues a new anonymous user identifier, and the deleted data cannot be restored.
